Baler Belt Lacing Tools
U20 Tools

Profi 5 & Profi 7 Vice Lacer
.  Each of the vice tools are supplied with hand punch.
.  The lacers are designed for use in a bench vice, the 5 hole will     install 5 hooks at a time and the 7 hole will install 7 hooks at a    time.
.  The full belt width is installed in three steps using the 5 hole    version and two steps using the 7 hole version.
Profi 19 Vice Lacer
.
 Made from high quality hardened tool steel.
.  Designed to suit the volumes of belt lacing carried out by dealers.
.  A splice width up to 210mm (19 fasteners) can be installed in one   step. 
.  Installation can either be performed with a hammer and manual    punch or with the U20 air hammer and punch.
.  Wider belts are spliced by progressive step by step installation.

Air Hammer
.  The air hammer and punch is an alternative to the manual punch,    making splice installation quick and easy.  Recommended for   dealer applications.

Baler Belt Cutter
.   A safe and highly versatile piece of equipment for cutting belts up to    12" wide and 1/2" thick, inc many built in features.
.   A squaring arm to ensure an accurate square cut belt.
.   A clamp to retain the belt while cutting or skiving.  The clamp also    encloses the blade for safety.
.   A guide way to facilitate skiving the belt when using J.D Skiver 18.
.   A spare blade housed in the cutter.

Skiver For Diamond Top Baler Belt
A necessary tool which ensures a correctly skived belt prior to    installation of the belt splice.
.  The skiver removes the top pattern cover of the belt in one pass    leaving the correct rebate and finished belt thickness.
